• Click on the Functions tab.
• Click on the arrow    after f(x) and then select Point(x,y).
• Click on New.

• Type: x1.  Press [Tab] to get to the y coordinate.  Then, type: y1.

• Click on OK.  Then, click on OK again to see the point on the graph.
• Double-click on the graph to open it and create the new point (x2,y2).

     (Remember to first change f(x) to Point(x,y) and then click on New!)

If you want, you may add the following to the text of the question:

• After “… reduced form.”, type: Sketch the graph of this line to check your answer.
• Click on Record.
