• Double-click on the first T/F question to open it for editing.
• Click on the Info… button (next to Record).

The Question Information box will open.

We will put the Reference: “A” in the first two questions and “B” in the second two questions.

• Press [Tab] or click in the Reference field.  Type A.
• Click on OK and then click on Record.

Notice that that underneath the question and answer, we see REF: A.

• Double-click on the second True/False question and then click on Info… .

Now, since we wish to apply the same reference information, we can use the button.

• Click on the   button to the right of Reference:.

• Click on OK and then again on OK. 
• Click on Record.
• Double-click on the first multiple choice question and then click on Info… .
• Press [Tab] or click in the Reference field.  Type B.
• Click on OK and then on Record.
• Finally, double-click on the second multiple choice question and then click on Info.
• Click on the   button to the right of Reference:.
• Click on B and then click on OK.

• Click again on OK and then on Record.
