Step 1: Start the program.

• Start the ExamView Test Generator program on your computer.
• From the Startup menu, select Create a new question bank, then click on OK.

 

Step 2: Name the question bank.

• Type in the Question Bank Title and then click on OK.

Note: Try to make your title fairly specific and unique to each bank since ExamView uses the Question bank title (not the filename) when building tests.

Step 3: Start a new question.

• Click on New to start building a new question.

The New Question dialog box will open to ask what kind of question we are creating.

Thinking: We are creating a math test where questions require a Numeric Response.

Step 4: Choose the question type. 

• Select Numeric Response and then click on OK.

 

  We now have a program box for creating our question.
